Craniosacral Therapy
Life has a way of accumulating in the body.
Stress. Responsibilities. Illness. Loss. Sensory overload. The constant demands of work, parenting, relationships, and everyday life.
Sometimes we move through these seasons with ease. Other times, we begin to notice the effects. We feel more anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck. We develop headaches, chronic tension, poor sleep, or a sense that our body is asking for something different.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the nervous system and the body's natural ability to find balance, regulation, and ease. Many of the people I work with are experiencing migraines, headaches, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, sensory overwhelm, or simply a feeling that their body is carrying more than it was meant to carry alone.
Using light, respectful touch, CST works with the body's natural rhythms to help release tension, support regulation, and create space for rest, healing, and connection.
Because the work is subtle and non-invasive, it can be especially supportive for highly sensitive people, neurodivergent individuals, and those who often feel overwhelmed by more traditional approaches. Sessions do not require talking, processing, or "doing" anything, allowing the body an opportunity to settle, rest, and reconnect with its own innate wisdom.
Whether you're seeking support for physical symptoms, nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, or a deeper connection with yourself, Craniosacral Therapy offers a gentle space to slow down, listen, and heal.

Neurodivergent Family Support
Navigating neurodivergence can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to make sense of your own experiences while also supporting the people you love.
Whether you're exploring a new diagnosis, questioning if autism or ADHD may be part of your story, struggling with school challenges, burnout, sensory overwhelm, relationships, parenting, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply, you don't have to do it alone.
This practice was born from a gap I deeply felt in my own journey, and one I continue to see in the lives of others. Too often, people are left searching for answers, validation, and practical support without knowing where to turn.
Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I offer compassionate, neuroaffirming support to individuals and families navigating the realities of neurodivergent life. Together, we can explore patterns, identify strengths, make sense of challenges, and create strategies that feel realistic and sustainable for your unique situation.
I have supported many individuals and families in recognizing neurodivergent traits, pursuing autism and ADHD assessments, understanding lifelong struggles through a new lens, and finding next steps that feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
Support is available through virtual consultations, parent coaching, education, consulting, and flexible options such as ongoing text or voice note support.
Services
-
Book a 45 or 60 minute session
I specialize in working with infants, children, and individuals with highly sensitive or neurodivergent nervous systems. Sessions are child-led, sensory-aware, and grounded in consent. Adults are welcome too.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Using light touch—about the weight of a nickel—I listen to the body’s rhythms and help release tension, promoting a sense of safety, regulation, and ease.
Because it’s so subtle and non-invasive, CST can be especially helpful for those who are sensitive to touch, overstimulated, or overwhelmed by traditional therapies. It doesn’t require talking, effort, or eye contact. Many clients experience improved sleep, reduced stress, emotional regulation, and better sensory integration.
More information about what to expect will be provided after booking, including intake details and sensory accommodations.

Together, we can explore emotional regulation, sensory needs, school or home dynamics, advocacy strategies, burnout recovery, or the process of pursuing a diagnosis. I support both children and adults, and often work with parents, partners, and caregivers who want to better understand and support their neurodivergent loved ones.

Coaching and consulting for adults or families

-
Book a consultation to explore traits, challenges, and next steps
During this consultation, we’ll talk through any traits or challenges you or your child may be experiencing related to suspected neurodivergence. While I do not provide medical diagnoses, I offer insights grounded in years of experience and training with conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Anxiety, and more.
Together, we’ll explore what the assessment process looks like, discuss which providers might be the best fit for your needs, and consider practical next steps.
Ongoing support is available before, during, and after diagnosis, as we work together to create both short-term and long-term plans that may include therapies, funding options, and fostering self-acceptance.
My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
-
Ongoing coaching and counselling support you can access anytime via text or voice notes
Sometimes life doesn’t fit neatly into scheduled sessions. This monthly support option lets you reach out when you need it most—whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, adjusting to parenting, managing relationships, or just need a lifeline during challenging moments.
You get up to 20 hours of flexible support per month through text and voice notes, allowing you to share your thoughts, ask questions, and receive guidance on your own time without the need to book formal appointments for one monthly fee.
How it works:
Reach out as often as you need during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), with a typical response time of 2–3 hours.
Support can include coaching, emotional regulation strategies, resource recommendations, or simply a compassionate ear.
This is not a crisis service—urgent matters will be referred to appropriate emergency resources.
Ideal for:
Neurodivergent individuals and families who want continuous, accessible support between sessions
Parents managing new challenges with their children or diagnosis journeys
Adults seeking practical strategies and emotional support without the pressure of scheduled appointments
-
Collaborate to create welcoming, sensory-accommodating environments
I work with organizations, businesses, and community groups to design spaces that honor neurodiversity and accessibility. Together, we’ll explore environmental adaptations, communication styles, policies, and accommodations that support employees and clients with disabilities and sensory sensitivities.
My consulting approach is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming principles and practical strategies to help your space become truly inclusive, respectful, and supportive for all.
Whether you’re updating an existing space or building from the ground up, I’ll guide you in creating environments where everyone feels safe, seen, and valued.

Hi, I am Bonnie.
It’s nice to meet you.
Bonnie Fiddler, Founder
My story into this work began eight years ago, when I became a mother.
When my first son was born and labelled "colicky," he didn't sleep, couldn't be soothed by others, and cried far more than any newborn I had known. I felt dismissed by the traditional medical system and increasingly isolated as I searched for answers. During this time, I was first introduced to Craniosacral Therapy.
As my son grew, it became clear our path wasn't typical. By age two, his meltdowns could last for hours, and our family was struggling. After pursuing a private autism assessment and months of waiting, we finally received the answers we had been searching for. Years later, an ADHD diagnosis followed, identifying him as AuDHD with a PDA profile and providing another layer of understanding.
Like many parents, I began learning everything I could about neurodivergence, nervous systems, regulation, attachment, and support. Along the way, I discovered something unexpected: much of what I was learning about my son also applied to me.
In 2021, I received my own neurodivergent diagnosis. What initially felt overwhelming eventually became a source of clarity, self-understanding, and compassion. It helped me make sense of lifelong experiences and connected me with an incredible community of people I may never have found otherwise.
My practice was born from this journey.
Today, I combine specialized training in Craniosacral Therapy with lived experience navigating neurodivergence, parenting, disability, and nervous system challenges. I work with adults, children, and families seeking support for stress, burnout, chronic tension, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, and life's many transitions.
Whether through Craniosacral Therapy or Neurodivergent Coaching and Family Support, my goal is the same: to help people feel seen, understood, and supported exactly where they are.
I believe healing happens through safety, connection, and relationships. I believe our differences deserve understanding rather than fixing. Most of all, I believe no one should have to navigate these journeys alone.

“You’ll always walk out from a session with Bonnie feeling lighter and more connected. She creates a space where my system is not only understood, but respected. The sessions feel like my whole body finally gets permission to exhale.I can’t recommend her enough.”
- Kari Toft
I have been fortunate enough to receive multiple cranial sacral sessions from Bonnie.
Her ability to fine tune herself to my system and be present with what arose was incredible. She was able to truly listen to my body and the subtle energies that were being communicated and translate for me with accuracy and gentleness. Her reflections and impressions resonated with me completely.
Bonnie held a neutral space for me in a very non judgmental way, allowing me to unwind in safety, to which I can only describe as a profound healing. She is a gifted practitioner for whom I can highly recommend.

Birds of Paradise
The Birds of Paradise flower has always felt meaningful to me. Its unique shape and vibrant colours remind me that there is beauty in being different.
As someone who works closely with highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and often misunderstood individuals, I have come to appreciate that healing is rarely about becoming someone else. More often, it is about understanding who we are, honouring our differences, and finding the confidence to take up space as ourselves.
The Birds of Paradise is also associated with growth, transformation, and freedom. To me, it serves as a reminder that even through life's challenges, we continue to evolve. With the right support, we can move toward greater ease, deeper self-understanding, and a stronger connection to who we truly are.

Understanding PDA – A Neuroaffirming Educator’s Guide
This guide helps teachers and school teams recognize and support students with a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile within the autism spectrum. It explains how demand avoidance shows up in the classroom, why traditional behaviour strategies often backfire, and how to create a sense of safety, autonomy, and trust. With practical examples, IEP supports, and communication tools, this resource helps educators move from managing behaviour to understanding it, so every child can thrive in connection, not compliance.
